Teaching

Daniel has a wealth of experience both in a group setting and one-on-one coaching. By combining his knowledge and background of traditional Singing coaching with his experience and passion for Musical Theatre, Daniel's approach is varied and comprehensive.

Whilst working on a traditional standpoint that good basic technique will produce a strong and healthy voice, Daniel also believes that Musicianship is often overlooked by the standard singer and, without an understanding of basic theory, will struggle in the world of Music.

In lessons, Daniel concentrates on building confidence, stamina and an understanding of theory that will help each Student become independent and assured of their own abilities.

Daniel coaches at several prestigious schools across Kent and also runs the New Romney Youth Voice project for Kent Music. In this project, he teaches classrooms of Keystage 2 children and with a view to combining them together with the aid of a visiting Westminster Abbey conductor and a local brass group - Onyx Brass.

Daniel also coaches Kent Music's Kent Youth Choirs. For more information, click here.
